Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tsp. salt
  • 12 Tbsp. oil
  • Directions:

    In mixing bowl place eggs, powder, sugar, salt and oil. Mix and add milk and flour. Bake on hot griddle. Turn when edges are dry.
